Everything you need to know before you buy from La Familia Street Culture. For anything else, our concierge is a message away.

How to buy

• In store. Adelphi Galleria, Ground floor, 277 Main Road, Sea Point, Cape Town. Tuesday to Wednesday 10:00–19:00, Thursday to Sunday 10:00–22:00. Closed on Mondays.
• Online, first purchase. Add your piece to your bag. At checkout you'll be asked to register once through a short verification form, then you pay as normal.
• Private clients. Once your first order is paid and confirmed, your account becomes a private client account. Our private selection then opens to you whenever you sign in. No links, no waiting lists.
• Through the concierge. Ask about sizing, condition, availability or sourcing on WhatsApp: +27 61 518 1866.

Payment

• Card and Instant EFT through Yoco. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay, processed securely at checkout.
• Bank transfer (EFT) and peer-to-peer cryptocurrency (USDT, ETH, BTC). An order paid this way is confirmed only once the payment has cleared in our account. Proof-of-payment screenshots and pending transfers are not accepted as payment.
• Payments are only ever made to La Familia Street Culture (Pty) Ltd. Prices are in South African rand.
• Every new client and order is screened for fraud, to protect you and us.

Delivery

• We deliver within South Africa through Bob Go and its courier partners. Live delivery options and prices are shown at checkout.
• Same-day delivery: order and payment confirmed before 10:00, where the option is offered for your address.
• All other deliveries: orders confirmed before 13:00 on a business day are dispatched the same day. Later orders are dispatched the next business day.
• You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.

Returns

All sales are final. La Familia Street Culture deals in rare, limited, collectible and consigned pieces, so please ask us about sizing, fit and condition before you buy. Full details are in our refund policy.

Verification and privacy

We verify every new client before a first online purchase. Your ID document is held securely by our verification provider, and our store keeps only your ID number to confirm it matches. Please never send ID documents over WhatsApp or email. Read our privacy policy.
