LOCAL SOUTH AFRICAN SHIPPING

We always strive on providing the most efficient delivery service.

Meet SHOP, your new shopping assistant app! It will track all shipments coming your way.

Processing time: Same-day OR for high value orders, 2 business days (merchant clearance).

Courier insurance offered at checkout as an option.   

Courier Times (Dependent on courier):

Economy: Delivery time varies between 3 to 4 business days. Collection must be requested before 2pm.

Overnight: Delivery the next business day, from main centre to local areas. Collection must be requested before 1pm.

Same Day: Delivery by 5pm on the sameday, if order is made by 09:45am. From main centre to local areas.

Once processed, an email will be sent to you with tracking details. Email updates are active so that you know where your package is at all times. 

*Please read product descriptions for any time constraints.

*Orders placed over Manual Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) will be given 24hours to complete payment. Once the EFT has cleared and proof of payment mailed to us, will we process your order and shipping. 

*Shipping is only available in South Africa. 

*Insurance is available to clientele upon checkout. La Familia Street Culture will not be held liable once your order is fulfilled.
